Four Feldenkrais Awareness Through MovementTM lessons to learn ways to release your upper chest and ribs.
- Lesson 1: Lying on your back, knees tilting from side to side (44.05 minutes).
- Lesson 2: Lying on your back, raising your arms above your head, opening your chest (43.27 minutes).
- Lesson 3: Lying on your tummy, sliding your nose towards your elbow (40.55 minutes).
- Lesson 4: Side sitting, bending your ribs sideways ,hand on head (40.19 minutes).
She runs a private practice in Melbourne, Australia and teaches Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement(ATM) classes. In addition she teaches internationally, and at the drama school of the Victorian College of the Arts.
She is a member of the Australian Feldenkrais Guild Inc. and the Feldenkrais Guild of North America.
