- Lesson 1: Sitting Comfortably (26 minutes).
This lesson is done sitting on a chair without a swivel base. You will explore easier ways to survive in our culture of sitting.
- Lesson 2: Turning While Sitting (14 minutes).
This lesson is also done sitting in a chair. It explores safe and easy ways to rotate your spine from the powerful base of your pelvis, rather than over-using your neck muscles.
She runs a private practice in Melbourne, Australia and teaches Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement(ATM) classes. In addition she teaches internationally, and at the drama school of the Victorian College of the Arts.
She is a member of the Australian Feldenkrais Guild Inc. and the Feldenkrais Guild of North America.
