How to get the most out of these lessons.
Lesson 1 : Connecting Your Hips to Your Skeleton (36 minutes)
This lesson is done lying on your back and lying on your stomach, feeling the relationship between your hips and the rest of your body.
Lesson 2 : Goodbye to Stiff Hips (32 minutes)
This lesson is done lying on your side on a carpeted floor. At times you will need a folded towel for support under your head. It is appropriate to do this lesson in bed if necessary.
Pause at any point to clarify a section of the lesson, or to rest between movements.
She runs a private practice in Melbourne, Australia and teaches Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement(ATM) classes. In addition she teaches internationally, and at the drama school of the Victorian College of the Arts.
