A program introducing simple Feldenkrais Awareness Through MovementTM lessons to help you learn how to ease jaw and neck tension, and how to enjoy a fuller breath. These lessons are also beneficial if you would like to feel improvements in your voice.
These two lessons can be helpful in easing jaw pain, as well as tightness in the back of your neck. This CD is recommended if you grind your teeth at night, or suffer from headaches.
If you are a performer or a public speaker you will find both lessons supportive of your voice.
The breathing lesson is helpful for those with asthma or anyone who would like to improve breathing capacity. These lessons are the first in a series that address breathing difficulties.
How to get the most out of these lessons.
Lesson 1 : Improving Breathing (32 minutes)
This lesson can be done lying on your back on a carpeted floor, or on a bed if necessary.
Lesson 2 : Discovering Movement of the Mouth and Jaw (32 minutes)
This lesson is done lying on a thick rug or carpeted floor. You may need a folded towel for support under your head.
Pause at any point to clarify a section of the lesson, or to rest between movements.
